New Claims Reporting Process
Effective Janaury 1, 2024, we will transition to AmTrust. Claims for injuries sustained by local church employees (or volunteers providing services normally provided in exchange for salary) will need to be reported directly to AmTrust by each local church.
The attached Workers Comp Claims Reporting Process document provides some basic instructions, and information needed for reporting claims to AmTrust.
Claims can be reported by phone, or submitted by email. When submitting a claim by email, please complete the attached injury report form. The pre-filled information should remain unchanged; however, you will need to include your church name and address in the blank space below the Conference name and address.
