UMVIM
UNITED METHODIST VOLUNTEERS IN MISSION
Inspire. Inform. Interact.
This grassroots movement in The UMC is designed to provide an official channel for people to offer their skills and talents for Christian service at home and around the world on short-term assignments at their own expense. We offer guidance, organization, and training to those who give of their time and talents as individuals or teams to go on mission trips, minister with the poor, engage in construction projects, participate in community health programs, lead Vacation Bible Schools, and much more. Project lists, locations, and medical insurance are also available.

Join a Virtual Mission
A virtual mission trip is similar to a mission trip where you travel. Set the team, plan a week of mission (one hour each day for five days), learn, explore, connect, and partner with project sites around the world.
Need a scholarship?
Indiana and our North Central Jurisdiction have scholarships available for those interested in going on a mission trip.
