CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Individual Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching can create a tremendous impact by helping you realize your potential as a child of God and achieve God’s dreams for your life.  In coaching, a coach partners with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. A coach understands that you are the expert in the situation and assists you to identify and implement a plan to achieve the best outcome.  Contact Emily Krach emily.krach@inumc.org to talk more about coaching opportunities for ministry leaders.

Coaching Cohort Groups – FALL 2022

Group Cohort Coaching will provide leaders of children, youth, and families with an opportunity to reflect on their leadership, connect to other leaders, and be coached within their area of focus.  Coaching is based on thoughtful questions and the needs of the group, while providing time for personal growth.

This Fall there are 3 different opportunities – choose the one that fits you.

Adventures in Family Ministry Online
Starting September 6, meeting bi-weekly for 6 weeks, 10a-11a EST
We will have the opportunity to explore what it looks like to create and sustain a meaningful ministry to the families in your church and community.  Best Practices, new ideas, and how to get everyone on board are among the conversations we will have together.

What’s Next? Online

We are still recovering from the impact of the pandemic, facing shifts in culture, and trying to learn how to keep up with students and families’ busy lives.  Let’s talk about how to keep moving forward and what might work in the near future, while understanding ministry trends, and staying rooted in Christ.
