Coaching in Discipleship
The Indiana Conference is has been developing a network of trained coaches who can serve as resource for clergy and laity within the conference. Coaches come alongside individuals and teams to help them achieve the goals they have set for themselves. The coaches listed below have all been trained in accredited coach training programs and are specifically interested in coaching clergy and lay leadership in the area of discipleship. Mission, vision, knowledge, and experience all come together in a coaching experience. A coaching relationship is always client driven. The coach helps to unlock and focus the expertise the client already possesses and provides accountability for moving forward toward achieving the client’s goals. Coaching is an extraordinary resource for developing and implementing a discipleship pathway or a specific areas of support for growing disciples.
