Coaching
The INUMC believes that coaching and spiritual direction are important ministries that can have a tremendous impact by helping people realize their potential as children of God and achieve God’s dreams for their lives.
In coaching, a coach partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. A coach understands that the client is the expert in the situation and assists them to identify and implement a plan to achieve the best outcome.
Coach Referral Network
The INUMC has developed the INUMC Coach Referral Network to connect individuals interested in coaching services with qualified coaches. The Coaches in our network have received training through an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified program and are pursuing or are certified through ICF. The following list describes the level of training and certification of coaches in network.
ICF Trained Coach – Completed training to be a coach and is accruing coaching hours toward certification
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – Has a minimum of 100 hours of Coaching experience and has been certified by the International Coaching Federation.
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – Has a minimum of 500 hours of coaching, completed additional education, and has been certified by the International Coaching Federation.
In addition to the coaches listed below, the INUMC works with ICF certified coaches throughout the United States. If you would like to engage coaching with someone outside of Indiana, please click the link(s) below to be taken to their site.
