New Faith Communities
Launching New Faith Communities Happens Organically
Any organism that is healthy will naturally bear fruit and reproduce. Similarly, any organization that is healthy will naturally grow, bear fruit, and reproduce. Christ’s final words in Acts 1:8 before he ascends to heaven is that we would be witnesses to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth. Later in Acts, we see this happen. How? Through churches raising up and sending leaders out to unreached persons sharing with them the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Multiplication is part of God’s design for our churches. So if they are healthy, they should naturally multiply—raising up new leaders, new small groups, Fresh Expressions of church, new worship services targeting new people, new campuses, and even new churches. The Church Development team wants to help a church’s multiplication dream become a reality and is ready to help.
