JOB TITLE:                                      Communications Project Manager

REPORTS TO:                                 Communications Officer

TRAVEL TIME:                             Hybrid position with 2-3 days in the office

Summary/Objective  

Responsible for coordinating the schedule and deadlines associated with Communications projects. The Project Manager keeps projects moving to ensure they are completed on time. This role collaborates with ministry leaders and assists in strategizing new marketing initiatives.

Essential Functions 

This person’s specific responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following:

developing marketing strategies, managing project management software, collaborating with ministry leaders; writing articles; and contributing to the Communications Team goals.

Educational and Experience Preferences 

A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of a four-year degree from an accredited learning institution is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Travel Demands 

This position’s function and duties are performed remotely and in the office. The role requires the use of common office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and filing. The position requires attendance in the Indiana Conference Center as determined by the supervisor. While performing the duties of this position, some travel may be required.
