The Northern Illinois Conference of the United Methodist Church (NIC) announces a search for the next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and invites inquiries and applications for the position. The NIC seeks an experienced leader to direct the activities of the conference in the areas of financial accounting and reporting, administrative services, and treasury operations. The CFO is responsible for establishing and maintaining an integrated plan for the effective control of all accounting and financial operations and manages the overall functions of the finance, administrative, and episcopal offices. The ideal candidate should be able to build, maintain, and develop professional and support staff.
