The Indiana Conference is hosting a best practices for church management workshop. The following topics will be covered:
- Finance – Best financial practices for churches
- Budgeting – Detail and narrative
- Trustees – Trustee information and building responsibilities
- Staff Parish Relations – Positive staff and congregation relationships
- Stewardship – Generosity and intentional giving
- Risk Management – Security and loss prevention
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Training materials and lunch will be provided. Please register by March 6 at 11:59 PM ET.
