The Indiana Conference is hosting a best practices for church management workshop. The following topics will be covered:

  • Finance – Best financial practices for churches
  • Budgeting – Detail and narrative
  • Trustees – Trustee information and building responsibilities
  • Staff Parish Relations – Positive staff and congregation relationships
  • Stewardship – Generosity and intentional giving
  • Risk Management – Security and loss prevention

There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Training materials and lunch will be provided. Please register by March 6 at 11:59 PM ET.
