| NATHAN D. “NATE” LAFUZE, 48, certified lay minister, passed away on September 16, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Becky; son, Ryan; mother, Linda Robinson; father J. Toby Lafuze (Freda); step-brothers Jacob Henry and Josh Henry. A funeral service for Nate will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 22, 2023, at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Fosdick Chapel with Pastors Jay and Charlotte Barden officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Brownsville United Methodist Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Middleboro United Methodist Church, Spartansburg United Methodist Church, Boston United Methodist Church and Seton Catholic Schools.
