| BONNIE L. JOHNSON, 90, of Lafayette, IN, wife of retired elder Larry Johnson, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023. Survivors include husband, Larry; daughter, Cynthia D. (Gilbert) Souerdyke of Omaha, NE; grandchildren, Richard and Kevin Souerdyke, Kate Sanburn, Julie A. (Jay) Sunderlin of Lafayette, Jacob and Benjamin Sunderlin, and Sarah McCann; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Molly Stier of Ft. Worth, TX, Janice (Thomas) Forbing of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Dale (Marilyn) Snyder of Bellvue, CO; and sister-in-law, Janice Snyder of Garrett, IN. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6, at Grace United Methodist Church in Lafayette. Private interment will be at Meadow View Cemetery in Lafayette.
