| MARVIN EDWARD GROOMS, 89, retired elder, of Fort Wayne, IN, went to his heavenly home on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
He is survived by his children, Mark (Cindy) Grooms of Lakewood, CA, Renee (Tony) Hicks of Roanoke, IN, and Kyle Grooms of Fort Wayne, IN; brother, Norman Grooms; grandchildren, Tony, Conner, Allison, Gabriella, Erin, Madie, Matt, and Chris; and great-granddaughter, Olivia.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, at Pleasant Chapel United Methodist Church, 880 E 1100 N. Roanoke, IN with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also take place from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, at the church. Burial will take place in Pleasant Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Roanoke, IN.
