ROBERT “BOB” TIPTON, of Vincennes, IN, 59, ordained minister in The Church of God serving as pastor at Oaktown Morris Chapel UMC, died on April 22, 2021.
Friends may visit with Bob’s family from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St., in Vincennes. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Chrisy, who passed away December 2, 2016. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah (Shane) Lowery of Westfield, IN; 3 grandsons, Matt, Eli, and Ben Lowery; his brothers, Calvin (Linda) Tipton, Doug (Geri) Tipton, both of Ohio, and Dave (Charlene) Wirth of Kentucky; and a sister, Sue Wirth-Dumke of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
