Wagner, Carolyn C.

CAROLYN C. WAGNER of Thorntown, Indiana, 81, spouse to Rev. Joseph Wagner, retired Elder, died Wednesday, June 17, 2020, due to complications of Alzheimer’s disease.

Carolyn began her service as a missionary with The United Methodist Church in 1988. She and her husband would serve as area coordinators for Operation Classroom in Liberia and Sierra Leone in the years to follow.

A graveside service will be held Monday, June 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Plainview Cemetery in Colfax, Indiana. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Goodwin Funeral Home in Frankfort has been entrusted with the details.

Memorial contributions may be made to Operation Classroom/Joseph and Caroline Wagner School or Colfax United Methodist Church, 114 N Oakland Street, Colfax, IN 46035.
