VERL WESLEY WINSLOW of Warren, Indiana, 100, retired local pastor, died Friday, November 29, 2019. Verl is a World War II veteran who served several congregations throughout Indiana, most significantly Trinity UMC in Kokomo.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 4, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St, Russiaville, Indiana. Friends and family will visit from 11:00 a.m until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Kokomo Memorial Park Cemetery with Military honors.
Verl is survived by his sons, Stephen (Kathy) Winslow, of Greencastle and David (Carolyn) Winslow, of Kokomo; daughter, Marcia Bagwell, of Kokomo; as well as a host of children and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Jean.
