JOHN DAVID BUTLER of Franklin, Indiana, 50, son of Rev. James and Becky Butler, retired clergy, died Tuesday, October 10, 2017.
Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m., with visitation preceding at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 20, Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South US 31, Morton Street, Franklin. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Rev. Jenothy Rather will officiate the service.
Butler is survived by two sons, John David Butler Jr. of Branson, MO, and Bryant Scott Butler of Plainfield, IN; a daughter Ariel Butler Lamb of Branson, MO; and four grandchildren.
