CAROL ANN OGBORNE of Franklin, 75, mother to Pastor Gwen Pew, Pastor of Frady Memorial UMC and Cornettsville UMC, died Friday, July 7, 2017. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 11, Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, 3406 South Memorial Drive, New Castle, IN 47362. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, Wednesday, July 12, at the funeral home, with Rev. Charles Stanley officiating the service. Interment will take place in South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition. Survivors include two daughters, Gwendolyn Ogborne-Pew of Odon, Jocelyn (Gene) Ogborne-Sewell of New Castle; a son, Timothy E. (Nikka) Ogborne of New Castle; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be sent to First United Methodist Church, 1324 Church Street, New Castle, IN 47362, or the Indiana Masonic Home Foundation, 525 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
