MELANIE WAYMAN of Vincennes, Ind., 61, mother-in-law to Rev. Samuel Padgett, Pastor of Tell City First UMC, died Thursday, January 5, 2016. A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2017, with visitation preceding from 11:00 a.m. until time of service, Gill Funeral Service, 308 East Walnut Street, Washington, IN 47501. Survivors include: husband, Neal O. Wayman; daughter, Melissa Padgett (Samuel); son, Timothy Wayman (Leah); eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
