MAY M. BLAKE of Warren, Ind., 83, spouse to Rev. Dr. Floyd E. Blake, retired Elder of the former North Indiana Conference, died Monday, December 26, 2016. A funeral service was held Friday, December 30, 2016, Applegate Chapel at Heritage Pointe. Survivors include: husband, Rev. Dr. Floyd E. Blake; daughter, Linda (Harold) Plasterer, Warren; stepsons Chuck (Vicki) Blake of West Lafayette, and Harold (Jan) Blake of Brownsburg; stepdaughters, Lori (Jeff) Carpenter of Roscoe, Ill., and Lisa (Curt) Holmes of Union, Mich; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse and Hospice or to Little Panther Preschool both in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
