SHIRLEY JEAN CULLER of Anderson, Ind., 82, Mother-in-law to Rev. Gary Elsten, Elder, pastor at First UMC, Frankton and Associate North Central District Superintendent, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016. Visitation will take place at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Home, 229 S. Rangeline Road, Anderson, Ind., Thursday, March 17th from 1 – 4 p.m. Memorial service will begin promply at 4 p.m. Survivors include: husband of 60 years, Max; children, Kem Culler (Karin) of Fremont, Janilyn Elsten (Gary) of Frankton, Cyndi Carpenter (Jeff) of Portage, Mich.; sister, Joanne Waltenberger of Angola; brothers, Don Culler (Jeanne) of California, Dr. Fred Culler (Freda) of Ohio; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
