BETTY JANE CARMICHAEL of Parker City, Ind., 89, Mother of Rev. Sandi Lumpkin of Rehoboth UMC, died Friday, February 5, 2016. A public visitation was held from 4p.m. to 8p.m. Monday, February 8th, at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home, 3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, Ind. The memorial service will take place Tuesday, February 9th at 11a.m. at the Buck Creek Church of the Brethren, 8802 N Buck Creek Pike, Mooreland, Ind.. Survivors include: daughter, Sandi (Darrell) Lumpkin of Modoc; brother, Donald (Alma) Gross of Mooreland; and two grandchildren.
