REV. YUNG SHENG CHEN of Indianapolis, 86, retired Elder with 36 years of service to the Conference, died Sunday, January, 24, 2016. Public visitation will be held Friday, January 29th from 3p.m to 8p.m, at the Conkle Funeral Home, 4925 W 16th St, Speedway, IN. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30th at 11a.m. at the North United Methodist Church, 3808 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN. with a one hour visitation time prior to the service. Survivors include: sons, Paul Timothy Chen (Joy Higgins) of Fishers and Peter John Chen (Hsiaohan “Daphne” Chiu) of Avon; daughter, Grace Margaret Walker (Eric) of Indianapolis; and two grandchildren. Memorial contributions can be made to North UMC Mission and Outreach, Indianapolis International Airport Interfaith Chaplaincy, or the Methodist Health Foundation.
