ROSEMARY MELTON SHELEY EMILY of Washington, Ind., widow of Rev. Blaine Emily, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015. A memorial service was held Sept. 19 in Washington. Survivors include: sons John B. (Judy) Sheley of Chino Valley, Ariz. and Daniel L. Sheley of Washington; step-daughter Myra (Robert) Lowe of Indianapolis; three granddaughters, five great-grandchildren.
