THOMAS FLIGHT of Indianapolis, retired Elder, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, July 18, at University United Methodist Church, 5959 Grandview Dr. in Indianapolis with a visitation two hours before the service. An additional memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, July 20, at Robin Run Villiage, 5354 W. 62nd St. in Indianapolis. Survivors include; wife Joyce Flight (retired diaconal minister) of Indianapolis; children, Linda Flight of Indianapolis, William (Angela) Flight of Indianapolis, Mark (Clarisa) Flight of Cincinnati, Ohio, Cynthia (Mark) Cooper of Plainfield, Ind.; and seven grandchildren. Flight served these churches in Indiana: Montezuma/Hillsdale, Coatesville/Fillmore, South Bend Stall Memorial, Meadowdale, Indianapolis Center, Tell City, Beech Grove, and Indianapolis-Roberts Park. Tom also served the Methodist Church in Medan, Indonesia for 3 years as a missionary.
