JOSEPH "JOE" D. KIPFER SR., a retired Elder, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015. A memorial service was held May 26 in Fort Wayne, Ind. Survivors include: wife, Ramona; three children, Andrea Joe, Joseph D. Jr. and Scott D.; nine grandchildren; one step-grandchild; 14 great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to The Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
