IVA FRANCES “IVY” PRICE MARTIN, 93, mother of Rev. Rebecca Martin Suter and mother-in-law of Rev. Mark Suter, pastors at Martinsville First United Methodist Church, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2015. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, at Scottsburg United Methodist Church, 615 South Honeyrun Parkway in Scottsburg, Ind. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the church with visitation from 9 to 11 a.m. Rev. Mark Suter will officiate, assisted by Rev. Rebecca Martin Suter, Rev. Bill Gambrell, and Rev. Valerie Wilson. Survivors include: sons Ron of Rodeo, Calif., John (Janice) of Scottsburg; eight daughters, Arleen (Manfred) Schulze of Indianapolis, Bonnie (Dave) Church of Scottsburg, Jeanie (Ray) Borden of Scottsburg, Lois (Bill) Gambrell of Acworth, Ga., Pam (Bobby) Colwell of Austin, Linda (Dennis) Wilson of Scottsburg, Rebecca (Mark) Suter of Martinsville, Joyce (Brent) Gray of North Vernon; 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
