JULIA WAUGH HOSKINS of Leesburg, Fla., 79, widow of Rev. Bill Waugh, died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014. Private interment was held in Bushnell, Fla. Survivors include: daughter, Debbie (Scott) Sweany of Vallonia, Ind.; and two grandsons. Memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
