PAUL RIGSBEE, father of Debbie Vance and father-in-law of Rev. Ken Vance, missionaries in Africa, died Thursday, August 21 at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Visitation will be Sunday, August 24 from 2-7 p.m. at Mt. Olive United Methodist Church, 2015 N. 300 W., Marion. The funeral will be Monday, August 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
