RICHARD A. RIGGS of Evansville, Ind., 88, father of the Rev. Jeanne Winter, pastor of Danville UMC, died Sunday, June 15, 2014. Visitation will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at Ziemer North Funeral Home, 6300 N. First Avenue in Evansville. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, at Bluegrass United Methodist Church, 14240 Petersburg Road in Evansville. Survivors include: his wife, Jeanine; daughters Ann (Dale) White of Boonville, Ind., Jan (Tom) Weiss of Evansville, Patty (Anthony) Marcum of Newburgh, Ind., the Rev. Jeanne (Sandy) Winter of Danville, Ind. and Nancy (Jeff) Richards of Grandville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Condolences can be sent to the Rev.
