RUBY BELL of Richmond, Ind., 88, mother of the Rev. Scott Bell, pastor of Edwards Memorial United Methodist Church in Liberty, Ind., died Thursday, April 3, 2014. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Goshen Cemetery. Survivors include: her son, Scott (Barbara) Bell of Richmond; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Geneva (George) Warner of Richmond; nieces and nephews.
