MARCIA A. FRAZIER of Indianapolis and formerly of Rushville and Nashville, 71, widow of the late Rev. E. David Frazier, deceased member of the Indiana Conference, died Monday, March 24, 2014. Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, March 28, at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary , 11411 N. Michigan Road in Indianapolis with a memorial services beginning at 3 p.m. Survivors include daughter, Kim (Kevin) Layton of Noblesville; one grandson; one great grandson; and brother John (Gene) Sanford of Chesterfield, Mo. Memorial contributions can be made to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
