RICHARD NEWTON, father of the Rev. Jeff Newton, executive director of Kokomo (Ind.) Urban Outreach and pastor of Cassville and Trinity United Methodist churches in Kokomo, died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Feb. 16 in North Carolina.
