MALINDA JANE GLIDDEN, 51, wife of Pastor Timothy Glidden serving Honeycreek United Methodist Church in the East District and Local Pastor of the Indiana United Methodist Conference, died Monday, Dec. 30, 2013. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, at Daleville United Methodist Church, 8104 S. Hickory Lane, Daleville, IN 47334. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4 at the church, with the Revs. Steve Graves and Glenn Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery in Muncie. Survivors include: her husband, Pastor Timothy Glidden; daughter, Amanda (Eric) Lumpkin) of Lafayette; her parents Jerry and Marilyn Smith of Muncie and a brother: Brad Smith (Kimberly) of Muncie.
