HAROLD LEROY MOWERY of Lafayette, 86, father of the Rev. Bruce Mowery serving Washington Bethel UMC in the Southwest District, died Friday, November 15, 2013. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at the funeral home with the Rev. Scott Mann officiating. Survivors include sons David (Theresa) Mowery of West Lafayette, Bruce (Melodi) of Washington; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
