CHARLES A. GARRIS of Petersburg, Ind., 81, father of the Rev. Wesley E. Garris, pastor of Otwell United Methodist Church in the Southwest District, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 2 to 8 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home, 726 East Walnut Street in Petersburg, Ind. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the funeral home with burial in Vincent Cemetery. Survivors include son, the Rev.
