HOWARD G. PEARSON of Muncie, 92, a retired Elder of the Indiana Conference, died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4 at Union Chapel (United Methodist) Ministries, 4622 N. Broadway Avenue in Muncie. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. the same day at the church. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Relda; son, Tim (Jane) Pearson of Grafton, Ohio; daughter, Karen (Darrell) Hofer of Muncie; one grandson; one step-granddaughter; and three step-great-grandchildren. He served United Methodist churches in Indiana at Kingman, Trinity in Portland and Swayzee Street in Marion, retiring in 1986. Memorial contributions can be made to Union Chapel Ministries, 4622 N.
