KENNARD E. “KEN” ROBINSON of Syracuse, Ind., 86, retired Elder of the Indiana Conference, died Friday, Oct. 18, 2013. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at the Eastlund Funeral Home, 7458 E 1000 N in Syracuse. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct.26, at the Calvary United Methodist Church, 801 S Huntington Street in Syracuse, with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery. Survivors include: sister, Marilyn (Gordon) Simpson of Toledo, Ohio; two nieces, Sherrie (Mike) Turner of Elgin, Ill., and Kellie (Jim) Fuelling of Toledo, Ohio; one great-niece, Brittney (Josh) Langley and three great-nephews, Shannon (Chrissy Adam) Schumaker, Jordan Riffle and Bryson Turner. During his ministry, he served Indiana churches at Teegarden, Syracuse Calvary and Green Center. He also served as Director of Uniting Religious Community of Elkhart County.
