CLETUS E. HIRSCHY of Bradenton, Fla., 95, retired clergy member of the Indiana Conference, died on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013. A Celebration of Life service was held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at Waynedale United Methodist Church, 2501 Church Street in Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Survivors include: wife of 23 years, Janet; one daughter, Ann Hirschy (Stan) Houck; one son, David L. Hirschy; one stepson, Jeffrey (Jane) Sizemore; one stepdaughter, Linda (David) Ramirez; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. During his ministry in Indiana, he served in Fort Wayne at Wayne Street, Waynedale, Aldersgate, Arcola/Lake Chapel and in retirement Crescent Avenue. He also served as chaplain at Parkview Memorial Hospital and at churches in Wesford, Mass., Youngstown, Ohio and College Park, Md.
