SARAH STAFFORD ARNOLD, 99, mother-in-law of the Rev. David Schramm serving in retirement as the North Central District Chaplain, died Friday, August 16, 2013. A memorial service was held Aug. 19 in Muncie. Survivors include daughters Jane (Fred) Hajny and Joyce (David) Schramm; six grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
