PATRICK McGARVEY of Plainfield, 68, brother of the Rev. Greg McGarvey serving Carmel United Methodist Church, died Thursday, August 15, 2013. A memorial service was held Aug. 20 in Terre Haute. Survivors include wife Jeri McGarvey; mother Edith Bernice McGarvey; three children; three step children; 10 grandchildren; one sister; and one brother Greg McGarvey.
