LINDA JANE VAN HORN of Lyndhurst, NJ, 53, an Elder of the Indiana Conference on Incapacity (Disability) Leave, died Sunday, June 30, 2013. A memorial service in memory of Linda Van Horn will be held at 7 p.m. EDT Wednesday, Aug. 14 at Broadway United Methodist Church, 1412 Carroll Street in South Bend. A memorial service was held July 6 at the Lyndhurst United Methodist Church in Lyndhurst, N.J. with interment in the George Washington Memorial Park. That service was attended by representatives of the Indiana Conference. Survivors include her sister, Gloria (Roger) Bianco; two nieces; and a nephew. She served church in Indiana (1985-1994) as associate at Taylor Chapel in Fort Wayne, Russiaville, Trinity-Michigan Avenue in Hobart, as associate at First in Elkhart and South Milford-Wayne Center.
