MICHAEL E. “TANK” BLINN of Winamac, Ind., 50, brother of Rev. Lore Blinn Gibson serving Lafayette Grace, died Sunday, June 23, 2013. Visitation will be Friday, June 28, from 4 to 8 p.m.at Frain Mortuary, 305 E. Main Street, Winamac, Ind. A memorial service will be Saturday, June 29, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Ruth Waite officiating. Burial will take place in the Star City West Cemetery, Star City, Ind.
