JOYCE ANN BERG of Stockwell, Ind., 81, mother of the Rev. Mark S. Berg, pastor of Stockwell United Methodist Church in the Northwest District, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013. She also was the widow of the late Rev. Glen Berg, a deceased clergy member of the Indiana Conference, who died in 1987. Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16 at Stockwell UMC, 6941 Church Street in Stockwell. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. the same day at the church, with the Rev. Mark Berg officiating. A committal service will be at Memory Lane Memorial Park in Schererville, Ind. at 3 p.m. ET the same day. Survivors include: five children: Glenda (Harry) Sharp of Willowbrook, Ill., Michael (Lori) Berg of Lake Jackson, Texas, Judie Berg of Gaithersburg, Md., Debi (Mick) Spring of Prairie View, Ill. and the Rev.
