SAMUEL CRAIG WALKER, JR., father of the Rev. Reid Walker, senior pastor of First United Methodist Church in Shelbyville, Ind., died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 18, at the Episcopal Church Home (Chapel), 7504 Westport Road in Louisville, Ky. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at the St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church, 6710 Wolf Pen Branch Road in Harrods Creek, Ky.
