WILLIAM “BILL” LOUCKS of Rolling Prairie, Ind., 78, father of the Rev. Jay Loucks, pastor at Lambs Chapel United Methodist Church in LaPorte, died Monday, Jan.14, 2013. A celebration of life service was held Saturday, Jan. 19 at Lamb”s Chapel UMC with Pastor Nate Loucks officiating. Survivors include: seven children, Tina Bernth, Neal (Juanita) Loucks, and Jay (Lynn) Loucks all of LaPorte, Kim (Burt) Bennett of Rolling Prairie, Dennis Whitman of Fort Collins, Colo., Cindy (Mike) Miller of Rolling Prairie, and Sandy (Marvin) Messer of LaPorte; 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
