FRED STAFFORD, Jr. of Newell, W.Va., 82, of father of Pastor Debbie Rousselle of First United Methodist Church in Portage, Ind., died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012. A memorial service was held Wednesday, Jan. 2 in Newell, W.Va. Survivors include: daughter, Debbie (Mike) Rousselle of Indiana; son, Fred “Buster” (Brenda) Stafford of New Cumberland, W.Va.; five grandchildren, Dave Stafford, Paul Conley, Suzy Rousselle, Brad Stafford and Sandi Stafford; and four great-grandchildren, Hunter and Tristan Stafford and Coleman and Paydon Conley; and sister, Kathy Jarvis of Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Ann Keller Stafford; and a son, Steve Stafford; three sisters, Dorothy, Pearline and Christine; two brothers, Johnny and Raymond.
