CLARE E. STONE of Franklin, widow of Rev. Philip Stone, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at the Wright Chapel of the Franklin United Methodist Community, 1070 W. Jefferson Street in Franklin, with visitation two hours before the service. Survivors include sons, Dr. Dennis (Mary Sue) Stone of Columbus, John (Peggy) Stone of Overland Park, Kansas; daughter, Donna (Marlowe) Mullen of Greenwood, Ind.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Rev. George (Dorothy) Jacobs, who is a current resident at the Franklin United Methodist Community. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the REHAB UNIT at the Franklin United Methodist Community, 1070 W. Jefferson Street, Franklin, Indiana 46131.
