EDWARD C. SUSAT of Evansville, 97, retired local pastor of the Indiana Conference, died Friday Oct. 12, 2012. A memorial service was held Oct. 15 at Old North UMC in Evansville and officiated by the Rev. Mike Monahan and Major David Minks, with entombment at Oak Hill Cemetery. Survivors include wife, Mary Anna Lee Susat; sister-n-law, Ruth Susat; three stepsons, Jay Cross (Barbara), Don Cross (Donna), and Scott Clark; three stepdaughters, Kimberly Griffin (Dan), Shannon Halterman and Kristina Hooker (Alvin); 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
