DONALD ROBBINS of Seymour, Ind., 80, step-father of Rev. Doug Heiman, pastor of Bluegrass UMC in Evansville, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012. A memorial services was held Oct. 1 in Columbus, Ind. Survivors include wife, Phyllis Heiman; children, Guy Allen (Teresa) Robbins, Donald E. (Bea) Robbins II, Rebekah J. (Terry) Rodgers, Doug (Jody) Heiman and Scott (Rhonda) Heiman; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Norma (Frank) West; and a brother, Paul (Lauri) Robbins.
